Rates subject to change without notice. Rates do not include the 18% tax and service fees. There are no refunds for early departures. A $200 security/damage deposit will be added to the reservation and will be refunded upon end of stay inspection. A one-night advance deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits are refundable in you cancel more than thirty days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is less than thirty days you will forfeit the one night deposit.
There is a one time cleaning fee attached to each reservation booked and will be added to the total amount owing on the reservation. See chart below for the cost of the cleaning fee.
